Suitable for children 10 years and over. Please wear suitable clothing to be comfortable in as most of the tour will be out of doors in the town streets with limited places for shelter.

The British Army has been an important influence on Guildford life for the past 250 years, as a base for both men and women soldiers. On this walk we will look at how the army presence in the town grew in the 19th century and how it has left its mark.
